XCP is a working programme with measured results on real hardware. It is not a released product, and the distance between those two things is a packaging and distribution step that has not been taken.

Console

A retail Xbox Series console in Developer Mode — a supported Microsoft feature, with its own terms and its own registration

A Windows machine running the Studio and the portable toolchain — Windows only, for now

Optional. A person can drive the same lifecycle by hand; an agent uses the same contracts, not a privileged path

Network

PC to console. A model provider, if used, may be remote

Cost

No account and no submission are part of the lifecycle described on this site

XCP Studio runs on Windows only — for now. It is a WinUI 3 desktop application.
